If you have consigned an item with us, payment by check is sent within 3-5 days of the selling date of your item. If we buy your items outright you will receive payment by cheque within 1-2 business days after an offer has been accepted for your items.
We charge a low introductory 20% consignment fee as opposed to 35-40%, which is the prevailing industry rate
We do have a quota for outright sales so as long as we are within our quota we will buy outright. But please be reminded that outright sales fetch a lower sum than if you decided to consign your item with us.
We buy authentic pre-owned luxury goods that have been gently used, with no significant defects. If the item has been repaired, it must have been done so at a factory authorized repair center. We are selective in the designers we buy and sell and generally do not focus on designers that have a strong presence in outlet stores or discount retailers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at the viewing (there will be a 30minutes viewing window upon delivery) you may return it to the courier and a prompt refund will be processed within 3 – 5 business days. Once you receive the item after this viewing window it is non-refundable.
In order to help ensure the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $500.

We offer gift cards in several denominations. Every gift card ships free of charge and arrives in an attractive packaging.
We grade each item we receive according to its condition as follows:
Virgin – This is a new never used before item. Items that were bought by the previous owner but were never used for one reason or the other fall under this category
One nightstand – this are items that are like new. They probably used just once or twice by previous owner
Brief Fling – Under this category we have items that have been gently used and show no significant signs of wear and tear or damage to the coloring or edges
Passionately loved – we sparingly accept items like this which have been well used by previous owner. They show signs of wear and tear around the edges, coloring and maybe the interior but no significant damage to the overall outlook of the item. Once in a wile when we get a style that’s hard to come by we just look the other way and give the fighter a chance at love again.
Where applicable we also add brief exact descriptions of any defects or wear and tear marks that should be noted
Yes, we take detailed images of every product that we sell. We do our best to provide images of areas of wear for all pre-owned items
Items that come with their original boxes, dust bags, authenticity certificates, and manuals will contain the appropriate message in their product descriptions. However, every order that ships is presented and packaged to standards that match or exceed luxury retail stores.
Absolutely. Leather goods go through a multi-step cleaning process prior to sale, which includes conditioning and cleaning the exterior, cleaning the interior, and polishing hardware. Jewelry is cleaned, polished and in some cases reconditioned by the manufacturer when needed.
We are selective in the luxury goods we purchase and generally sell only new, like new or gently used items. Gently used items have minimal signs of soiling, abrasions, stains, scratches or tears. Leather is supple and devoid of creasing. Natural tan leather has darkened due to contact with air and human skin although there are no signs of staining. Occasionally, we may list for sale vintage items that have been well loved. Every item includes a detailed description of its condition and images of any slight flaws or signs of wear. We do not sell items that are damaged beyond regular wear and tear. This includes items with broken hardware, zippers, significant tears or stains.
